As you get back to your routine this morning, a gentle reminder that you can make things more or less challenging depending on how you view them. Yes, it’s Monday, and a post-holiday Monday for many, but you can do this. May you find many reasons to be optimistic this week.

Good morning! We’re starting this week off with a reminder that our peace comes from within. Cultivating our own internal sense of calm, perhaps using mindfulness as a set of tools for doing so, enables us to weather the storms around us, and maybe even empower others to do the same.
